Machines Move in.
The upgrading of John Locke Park began in ernest on Monday last 26th September when heavy machinery moved onto site to commence the moving of the main playing pitch. This is the first phase of what will be a total transformation of the wonderful sports ground.
When completed next year their will be an ultra modern club house and also a wall alley which will enhance of young hurlers and camogie players for years to come. Yes it is an exciting time for the club.
