All-Ireland Colleges Final
The Kilkenny C.B.S.team failed in their bid for All-Ireland glory when going under by two points to St. Josephs C.B.S. Nenagh in Semple Stadium on Saturday last. The two Lockes lads, brothers Owen and Cathal Mc Grath can be justifiably proud of their efforts in what what a brave effort for victory. A physically stronger Nenagh side won their first title at the grade having won the All-Ireland B title all of thirty years ago beating Callan C.B.S. in that final by a solitary point.
