Lockes G.A.A. Lotto Winner
The John Lockes Lotto Jackpot in conjunction with Kilkenny Gaa was won on Tueday last by Callan woman Mel Doheny who matched four numbers for a jackpot prize of €2,500. Mel will receive her cheque in Nowlan Park next Tuesday and The Cosy Inn as promoter receives €200 also. Mel is the third Lockes winner since the club launched the Lotto in conjunction with the Development of John Locke Park, after wins for Kathleen Doyle and Kieran Canavan in 2011. The lotto continues to be the major fundraiser in the Development of the new facilities in John Locke Park and Tickets at €2 each are available at local outlets and from club members.
We are delighted to congratulate Mel who has been a weekly supporter of the Lotto and we wish her well.
The winning numbers were, 02-07-26-28 with bonus number 03. We also had two match 3 winners Stephen Roche and Maura Holden who each received €65.
