Callan Variety Concert 2014
The Callan Variety Club's annual concert will take place in St. Bridgets College on Wed, Thursday and Friday the 23rd -25th of April at 8.15pm sharp. This years proceeds will go to Bunscoil Mcauley Ris in aid of their new development . Again as ever there will be a few Lockes members treading the boards with Barrie Henriques and his team putting in many hours over the last few months to ensure the usual high quality performance that patrons have become accustomed to. Last year the club donated the proceedings to the John Locke Park development and they have contributed over €250,000 to various local causes in it's 26 year history. Tickets at €10 each are available from Callan Post Office and Kerwicks shop and early booking is advisable. We would ask as many of our members as possible to please support the concert.
