Annual Field Day on June Bank Holiday Weekend
The Club will hold it's annual field day on Sunday June 1st in John Locke Park with a massive day being planned for all the family to enjoy. The usual side shows for the children and the judging of an art competition especially for the occasion, juvenile hurling games, dog show, vintage cars , a tractor run, a bale rolling competition for teams, and a chance to test yourselves in various skills in the CUBE SECTION which proved a big hit last year. There will be a raffle with trailer loads of timber among the prizes, a refreshment tent, cake stall, and a chance for all to view the beautiful new complex including the astro turf pitch. Entry for children will be free with a €3 entry fee for adults. Please come along and enjoy a great family day out while supporting your local club.
