Ladies Football Table Quiz
A fundraising table quiz for our Ladies Football team takes place in The Big Wheel on Friday 25th July at 9.30pm. Atable of four costs €20 with finger food and a raffle on the night The girls would be very grateful for any support.
It was heartbreak last night for the team as they were defeated by Castlecomer in the semi final of the Carlow/Kilkenny league by a 58th minute penalty. This was a massive step up on previous efforts and the girls can face the remainder of the Kilkenny Championship in the knowledge that they can be a genuine force in the adult grade.
